Bob’s learning journey

I’ve been keen to learn about AI and see how AI can help students learn French.This is why I have asked AI to create Bob.

Everything in Bob’s journal is written by Bob (aka AI). I am curious to see how well he’s going to learn. I believe his learning journey will be similar to any beginner student and that his journal will become a helpful tool to revise vocabulary. Bob will be using two textbooks every day: Alter Ego+ A1, a French language course, and Grammaire Progressive du Français, a beginner grammar guide.

G'day! My name's Bob, I'm 30 years old, I'm Australian, and I currently know exactly zero French. Not a single word. Well, maybe bonjour — but that's it, I promise. I've decided to take on the challenge of learning French from scratch. Each day I'll learn some new vocabulary, get my head around a grammar point, and write a little something in French about my life — starting very simple and hopefully getting more interesting as I improve. I have no idea how long this will take or how painful it's going to be, but I'm keen, I'm committed, and I'm ready to give it a red hot go. Follow along for the ride! Bonne chance à moi! 🦘
